Meat Head’s Refund Policies
At Meat Head, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
However, because our grooming products are personal care items, we have to balance customer satisfaction with safety and sustainability;
This leads us to require the following:
Returns & Exchanges
– Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
– Opened Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
– Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your return doesn’t meet our policy criteria, we may deny the refund or issue store credit at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
Email info@meathead.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the product/packaging.

Exclusions
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
